OMPED VISUAL‼️13 Billion Views of Trivial Content in the Village, Turns Out This Is the Pattern

Adsense Performance and YouTube Shorts Strategy
📌 The creator noted a widely agreed-upon decline in Adsense revenue among creators, although he personally experienced an increase instead.
🚀 His success is attributed significantly to YouTube Shorts, stating that his content from Shorts (around 800 videos) generated twice the total views compared to top Indonesian YouTubers (who have 5,000 videos).
💡 The creator leverages a strategy of shooting long-form content (around 32 minutes) using two phones (one for landscape, one for portrait) to efficiently extract up to 10 individual Shorts from one long video.

Government Regulation on Social Media Access
🚫 A potential government regulation set for 2026 aims to restrict social media access for 13 to 16-year-olds, possibly modeled after Australia's total shutdown approach for minors.
🤝 The creator argues against a total ban, suggesting that better approaches involve education, parental guidance, and algorithmic filtering to protect minors from inappropriate content like "flexing."
📉 A total closure risks hurting the creative economy, which heavily relies on content creators to engage with younger demographics for brand campaigns (e.g., food brands targeting schools).

Content Creation Process and Relatability
🎭 The initial breakthrough content involved creating sketches about "10 types of kids playing PS," which resonated deeply because the themes were relatable (relate) to shared childhood experiences, attracting both children and nostalgic adults.
✍️ Content structure is managed by a writing technique that ensures a good flow from the opening scene to the conclusion, rather than relying strictly on traditional "hooks."
🎯 The creator emphasizes making content based on things close to people (e.g., childhood games like marbles or kite flying), which AI tools like ChatGPT may not fully grasp.

Key Points & Insights
➡️ Creators experiencing Adsense decline due to platform changes should consider focusing heavily on YouTube Shorts for view growth, as long-form consumption is declining.
➡️ Implement content efficiency by filming simultaneously in both landscape and portrait orientations from one shoot to maximize short-form content output ($1$ long video $\rightarrow$ multiple Shorts).
➡️ Content strategy should focus on relatability and shared experience (e.g., childhood activities) to ensure broad appeal across age groups (nostalgia for adults, relevance for kids).
➡️ The creator's team monetizes by launching Gaming Pedia, a digital storefront selling game vouchers (e.g., Mobile Legends diamonds), demonstrating a pivot toward diversified business ventures.
