Story of Bilal bin Rabah
📌 Bilal bin Rabah was a slave to Umayyah, a leader of the Quraysh who worshipped idols.
🕌 Bilal heard about the Prophet Muhammad and the religion of Tawhid (monotheism), which led him to seek out Islam.
⚔️ Upon revealing his faith, Bilal was severely tortured by Umayyah, but he remained steadfast, proclaiming his belief in "La ilaha illallah wa asyhadu anna Muhammadar Rasulullah".
💰 His faith led to him being freed by Abu Bakar As-Siddiq, becoming one of the earliest Muslims.

Bilal's Esteemed Status in Islam
📢 Bilal was chosen by the Prophet Muhammad to be the **first *Mu'adhdhin* (caller to prayer) after the Hijra to Medina, with his melodious call echoing from Zaid bin Thabit's house.
⚔️ Bilal fought alongside the Muslims in the Battle of Badr, where he personally defeated and killed his former master, Umayyah, by the permission of Allah.
🌟 The Prophet Muhammad informed Bilal that the sound of his sandals could be heard in Paradise** (Jannah), highlighting his high spiritual rank.

Actionable Practice for Spiritual Gain
💧 Bilal attributed his high status to his consistent acts of worship: always **maintaining *wudu* (ablution)**, praying two *rak'ah* of *sunnah* prayer immediately after *wudu*, and making *Du'a* (supplication) after it.
💖 Allah favors consistent, small deeds (*Istiqamah*) over large deeds done infrequently, emphasizing routine over sporadic effort.
