MATERI PAI KELAS X | BAB 6 MENJAUHI PERGAULAN BEBAS DAN PERBUATAN ZINA | SMA/SMK

Quranic Verses and Tajwid of Surah Al-Isra Verse 32
📌 The session focuses on Chapter 6 (Bab 6) of the 10th Grade Islamic Religious Education curriculum regarding avoiding free mixing and adultery (zina).
📜 Quran Surah Al-Isra verse 32 strictly prohibits approaching adultery, defining it as an "obscene deed" (fahisyah) and a "bad path."
🔣 Tajwid analysis of the verse includes identifying Mad Thobi'i (e.g., in *Qala*), Qolqolah Sugro (e.g., in *tarqabu*), and Alif Lam Syamsiah (in *zina*).
📖 The vocabulary of the verse translates key phrases: *Wala taqrabu* means "And do not approach," and *fahisyah* means "obscene/lewd."

Definition and Legal Consequences of Zina
⚖️ Linguistically, *zina* (from *zana-yazni*) is intercourse between a mature male and female without a valid marriage bond.
📜 Legally (KUHP Article 284), *zina* is defined as sexual intercourse between a man and a woman who are not his or her spouse.
🔪 Islamic penalties for *Zina Muhsan* (married individuals) include 100 lashes (Dera) or stoning to death (Rajam).

Conditions for Implementing Zina Punishment
✅ Punishment for adultery requires meeting specific criteria: the act must be outside a valid marriage, intentional, performed by a Mukallaf (mature and sane), done consciously without coercion, and proof must exist.
🙋‍♂️ Proofs include four credible male witnesses (or two female witnesses substituting one male), confession (four times according to Imam Abu Hanifah), or indication of pregnancy.
📉 Examples of behaviors approaching zina include dating, being alone in secluded places, physical contact outside of *mahram* relationships, and viewing sexually stimulating media or content.

Consequences and Evils of Adultery (Zina)
💔 The spiritual consequence highlighted by Hadith is that when a person commits *zina*, faith (Iman) leaves their body, returning only upon repentance.
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Social evils include disruption of family roots (nasab), spread of infectious diseases, proliferation of lust, and moral degradation in society.
🌎 Temporal consequences noted include the loss of authority/dignity, potential poverty (fakir), and shortened lifespan. Children resulting from *zina* cannot be traced to the biological father's lineage for inheritance purposes.

Key Points & Insights
➡️ The prohibition extends not just to the act itself but also to "approaching" zina, emphasizing preventive measures against temptation.
➡️ Islamic law demands high evidential standards for conviction, such as four reliable witnesses or repeated confession, to protect reputation.
➡️ A significant ramification of *zina* is the unclear lineage (nasab) of resulting offspring, impacting inheritance rights and guardianship (*wali*) during marriage.
