UP TALKS Wika at Kultura Felicisimo Galletes, Jr. Felicisimo G. Galletes Jr. ay isang Instruktor sa Filipino sa Departamento ng mga Wika, Literatura, at Sining ng Kolehiyo ng Sining at Komunikasyon, UP Baguio. Kasalukuyan niyang tinatapos ang kanyang gradwadong kursong MA Filipino sa UP Diliman. Nagtapos siya ng BSE Filipino sa Philippine Normal University nang may karangalang Cum Laude. Naging ko-awtor na siya ng isang serye ng teksbuk ng Filipino para sa Junior at Senior High School. Naging tagapanayam at tagapagsanay din siya ng mga guro sa pagtuturo ng gramar ng Filipino sa isang dibisyon ng Departamento ng Edukasyon. Karamihan sa kaniyang pananaliksik ay nakatuon sa pagtuturo ng gramar at pagkatuto ng wikang Filipino. Miyembro siya ng Pambansang Samahan sa Sikolohiyang Pilipino at ng Pambansang Samahan sa Linggwistika at Literaturang Filipino (PSLLF), Ink.
